Notification to Referee OUTSIDE ENY

You’re planning to travel outside Eastern New York for games or a tournament? Great!

Be sure to send an email (combined) to:

If you have never introduced/met both the SYRA and SRA, please introduce yourself noting your background, current assignor and referee experience.

Also, note the:

  • destination (city, state or country)
  • tournament/match details
  • name and email of the assignor
  • dates you plan to be away
  • accommodation plans
  • goals of your trip

Use the Email Subject: “Referee Travel Notification: <Tournament Name/League/Match> <Destination> (<Your Name>)”.

For example: Referee Travel Notification: MLS Next Fest Phoenix, AZ (John Smith)

With this notification, we will be able to:

  • validate that you are in good standing to the relevant assignor (upon request)
  • give you access to Engine and be able to use ENYSRA-exclusive rates to book hotels, flights and rental cars should you need accommodation while travelling (upon your request)
  • keep you in mind for exclusive tournament opportunities

 

AFTER your trip, you should respond to the same email thread with your reflections and experience travelling to the tournament.
